Make this festive 3D Holiday Lamp Post SVG File to place on your dining table as Christmas decor, as part of you Christmas village, or perhaps a unique holiday gift for a co-worker, friend or family member. Remove lid of the lantern to insert a a little battery-operated tealight or candle. Lid removes to fit a small battery-operated tealight. In addition to the actual lamp post, the SVG file includes a "Merry Ave" sign, blank sign to personalize with your own street, wreath with bow, 2 different lantern panel designs, and snow panels. Finished lamp is about 10” tall.

Cardstock/Paper Used:
(3) 12" x 12" cardstock sheets for black pieces of lamp (base, pole and lantern)
(1) 8.5" x 11" vellum sheet for lantern
Smaller paper can be used for the remaining elements. SVG files are letter-size compatible sizes, if ungrouped.

After order completion, you will be granted access to download the SVG file in ZIP format. The PDF file is included as a reference. See video for assembly. File includes SVGs with solid scorelines for compatible die cutting machines with scoring capability (i.e. Cricut).

    I’ve made two of these and they’re adorable but they need a more sturdy base; even the example photo is crooked. Google image search a 6 sided polygon and add some flaps to it in your design software, glue the flaps to the inside of the base and it helps with it standing straight. If you’re using a battery tea light in the top, it could also use a structural support on the inside of the lantern portion; just size match a square and pop it in. Also, making the wreath two-toned comes out well too. The lantern panels are easily customized as well. This design has a lot of potential.

      Thank you for the feedback. I agree, there are always things that can be improved. I will have to revisit this design this next year to make a few improvements, which I do from time to time.

    Love this lamp post! It’s not a lot of pieces and cuts and assembles quickly. I made a full sized version and another at 50% to make it an ornament for the tree. Easy to personalize and add your own street for that personal touch! Well done, Sandy and Simply Crafty SVGs!
